Agriculture Sector in Bhutan is at the core of the country’s socioeconomic development
program and has a dominant role in the economy of the country. Agriculture remains as the primary source of livelihood for the majority of the population.
The 3rd Agri-Flori Fair, 2017 in Bhutan is organized in an effort towards enhancing agriculture productivity, attain self-sufficiency in food products and overall food security of the country through introduction of new and high tech plant, machinery & tools with the theme “Agriculture for Sustainable Growth and Self Reliance”.
