Revised procedures regarding filling of trade complaints/disputes from Bhutanese business/enterprises against Indian businesses/enterprises

With references to correspondence no. MFA/BDA/1-105/157 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Bhutan conveying the recent changes in the procedure of the Government of India (GoI) regarding filing of trade complaints /disputes from the Bhutanese businesses/enterprises against Indian businesses/enterprises. The earlier practice was to share the complaints/disputes with the respective GoI agencies through the MoFA.

Henceforth, aggrieved parties are requested to register their complaints directly on the portal of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade(DGFT) so that the concerned authorities in the GoI can take up the matter directly with the Indian suppliers. The web link to file the online trade complaint is: https://www.dgft.gov.in/CP/?opt=quality-complaints. To file a complaint, registration has to be completed and the online complaint  may include brief details of the trade dispute and other details.
