This is to inform all the registered companies and Stakeholders that the Company Registry Division under Department of Industry, is now set-up as Office of Registrar of Companies with new office set-up outside the Department of Industry in keeping with provisions of chapter 14 of Companies Act, 2016 and RCSC approval no.RCSC/PPPD/02(01)/2021-22/071 dated 07/07/2021. The new office location is in the former Environmental Unit Office building located behind the office of Policy and Planning Division of MoEA.
Therefore, we would like to request all to visit us for any official purposes at the new office location stated above.
