The BCCI is in receipt of an invitation from Vietnam for the 20th Vietnam International Trade Fair in Ho Chi Minh City to be held from December 01 – 03, 2022 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Vietnam International Trade Fair 2022 is an international event is one of the biggest trade promotion events and has attracted more than 20,000 visitors from 45 countries.
This event will present a unique platform for the visitors like key decision makers, manufacturers, potential customers and buyer to share information and innovative idea which is related to sector and promote their business around the world. The organizer thrives to make the Expo become one of the most large-scale trade promotion activities which not only plays a vital role in the national Industry and Trade sectors but also gain a well-deserved reputation among international buyers and local enterprises. This trade fair is a platform that will offer the participants the opportunity to showcase their innovations, promote their brand and establish new contacts and build up new costumers’ loyalty.

The cost of participation is USD 2,800.00 for the Standard Indoor Space & Shell Scheme Booth package measuring 3m x 3m = 9sqm comprises of carpeted floor, 01 information counter, 02 chairs, 02 neon tubes, 01 electric socket 220V/5Amp and 01 waste basket and the cost. expenses related to travel and accommodation need to be borne by the individual
The BCCI will also be fielding business delegation to the event. We would like to call for Expression of Interest (EoI) from interested for business delegation.
The participants/delegates can take opportunities for:
i) Invitation for conferences, seminars, B2B meetings at event venue.
ii) Entry badges to exhibition hall
iii) Invitation for opening ceremony.
iv) Facilitate invitation letter from organizer for visa processing, etc.
v) Free introduction in the Exhibition’s show preview.
vi) Facilitate for ticketing and accommodation at cost (on request)
The duly filled registration form shall submit to BCCI, Head Quarter or nearest BCCI Regional Offices before or on 2nd September 2022 for verification along with the following relevant documents. We shall not entertain any participation after the deadline.
