- It will have many Air-conditioned pavilions dedicated to different products/subjects in Kolkata.
- Attractive ambience of the exhibition site. The total area of the fair is 400,000 sq. ft. approx.

- As per the record, last year i.e. 2019, maximum targeted visitors visited the fair.
- Last year i.e. 2019, 23 Countries and 24 States (province) had participated in the IIMTF in Kolkata.
