The BCCI would like to inform that the Northeast States of India, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the B20 India Secretariat is organizing B20 Programmes in the cities of Imphal, Aizawl, Gangtok and Kohima in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs and the State Governments as per the schedule given below:

The intent of these initiatives is to highlight the economic potential of the region as a Gateway to Southeast Asia and pave the way for partnerships with business communities from G20 countries.
North East State Governments are making elaborate arrangements not only to showcase Investment and partnership opportunities in the respective states but also to provide a unique experience for visiting delegates with an exposure to each state’s culture, cuisine, art, festivities and scenic beauty.
The complimentary facilities offered to the participating delegates include:

India’s Act East Policy focuses on developing the Northeast as an economic corridor and a strategic global gateway to Southeast Asia. Thanks to the impetus provided by this policy, the region is fast emerging as a strategic investment destination in agriculture, pharmaceuticals, trade, and tourism.
The B20 India Initiatives in Northeast States provide an excellent opportunity for the global business community to get an exposure to the Northeast Region of India.
