Interested Bhutanese citizen aged between 18 and 50 of years may apply along with the following documents:

- Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
- Valid Security Clearance certificate
- Copy of work experience certificate (If any)
- No objection Certificate from agency (if employed in other organization)
