The Bhutan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI) would like to inform its members that the Department of Industry (DoI), Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment (MoICE), has announced an open call for the submission of project proposals and investment-ready projects across all sectors for potential Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
This initiative aims to identify promising and investment-ready projects and connect project proponents with potential investors, strategic partners and business opportunities through investment roadshows, forums, networking events and investor engagement platforms facilitated by the DoI.
BCCI invites interested businesses, entrepreneurs, and project proponents with viable investment-ready projects to submit their project information using the Investment Ready Project Template.
Please submit your project information to the Business Support Department (BSD), BCCI, by emailing to pema.yangden@bcci.org.bt on or before 24 July 2026 for onward submission to the DoI, which will be responsible for reviewing proposals and finalizing the selected list. The submission should be guided by the principles and provisions of the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Rules & Regulations 2025.
Submission Requirements:
- Projects may be from any sector
- Projects should be investment-ready and suitable for potential foreign investment partnerships
- Proposals must be submitted using the Investment Ready Project Template
