The Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) is pleased to announce the 2nd Leadership Development Program for Business Leaders at the Royal Institute of Governance and Strategic Studies (RIGSS), tentatively scheduled for November 30 to December 6, 2025. We invite nominations from the private sector under the following criteria:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- The candidate must hold at least the position of General Manager.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- The candidate’s company must be AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF BCCI or must be nominated by a recognized institution.
- The candidate should be from INDUSTRY SECTOR.
- Nominations of candidates that participated in the 1st Leadership Development Program in 2024 will NOT be accepted. This is to uphold the fairness and transparency in the selection process.
The Chamber reserves the right to request a letter of recommendation from the candidate’s parent organization if deemed necessary. The BCCI also retains the authority to accept or reject candidates at its discretion. The final date of registration is October 10th 2025.
