BCCI to Host 8th Bhutan International Trade Fair 2025 in Thimphu
The Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) is pleased to announce that the 8th Bhutan International Trade Fair (BITF) 2025 is scheduled to be held from 10–14 September 2025 at Changlimithang Stadium Parking, Thimphu.
The Bhutan International Trade Fair is the country’s largest and most prominent annual trade and commerce event, providing a dynamic platform for national and international exhibitors to promote trade and investment through Business to Business (B2B) networking.
The main objective of the fair is to promote trade and investment, strengthen regional cooperation, and create functional market linkages through meaningful B2B interactions and collaborations among participating businesses.
This year’s BITF will bring together exhibitors from Bhutan, India, and Nepal, occupying more than 200 stalls showcasing a wide variety of products and services.
In addition to the 5 days exhibition, the 8th BITF 2025 will feature special highlights, including:
- Showcase of Brand Bhutan Products (Made in Bhutan and Grown in Bhutan).
- Showcase of Handicraft and Handloom by the North Eastern Handicrafts and Handlooms Development Corporation Ltd. (NEHHDC)
- Live demonstrations on traditional crafts of Nepal.
- Showcase of Cane and Bamboo crafts by the North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (NEDFi), Assam, India.
- Food stalls from Bhutan, India, and Nepal offering diverse regional culinary experiences.
The BCCI invites businesses, entrepreneurs, and the general public to be a part part of this momentous event, which promises to create new opportunities for trade, investment, and regional integration.
