- Be a Bhutanese citizen to be employed as regular employee
- Minimum class VIII with professional driving license
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Between 24-40 years old
- Valid Medical certificate
- Obtain No Objection from the parent organization, if employed
- Obtain valid security clearance
- Submit all experience related documents
